TFI Envision was given the unique challenge to connect moms to auto maintenance. The “ah-ha” moment, in the research, came when it was discovered that most moms only care that their car starts and runs when they need it. This led the team to develop the communication platform: “Your family relies on your vehicle.”
The Prestone Complete Fuel System Cleaner display delivered an emotional connection to the target consumer, and featured an educational message around the product usage.
The display is now placed on the check out counters at many of the 2,400 Wal-Mart Tire & Lube Express locations nationwide.
Prior to counter display placement at Wal-Mart T&LE, TFI Envision created a 1-sided educational sell sheet that was delivered to the Wal-Mart T&LE associates to help them understand the product benefits and assist customer queries.
