GenScript Received OLAW (Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare) Approval for Animal Welfare Assurance

GenScript received the approval of Animal Welfare Assurance for its animal facility on 9 Nov, 2010. This approval accentuates the responsibilities and procedures of GenScript regarding the care and use of laboratory animals.

Piscataway, NJ, November 24, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Internationally recognized biology contract research organization GenScript USA Inc. received the approval of Animal Welfare Assurance from the Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare (OLAW) of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) for its animal facility on 9 Nov, 2010. This Assurance is effective until 30 Nov 2015.

GenScript is constantly dedicated to the welfare of laboratory animals. The animal facility of GenScript is AAALAC International accredited since 2009. The approval of Animal Welfare Assurance accentuates the responsibilities and procedures of GenScript regarding the care and use of laboratory animals.
