Voices.com Co-Founder to Present at SMArts London

Stephanie Ciccarelli, Voices.com co-founder, will present how voice overs are used on the web and through mobile applications at the Social Media for the Arts unconference.

London, Canada, November 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Social Media for the Arts (SMArts) incorporates all elements of the London arts scene including the visual arts, performing arts and more. This event is free to attend and will take place at Museum London in London, Ontario, Canada on Saturday November 27th, 2010 from 10:00AM - 4:00PM (ET).

Stephanie Ciccarelli, co founder and CMO for Voices.com, will be speaking at SMArts on "Opportunities for Voice Artists in New Media: How voice is used on the Internet and mobile applications." Areas to be discussed will include podcasting, web, audiobooks, apps and more. The session will last about an hour and is broken up into two parts.

Following the formal aspect of the presentation, an interactive discussion about social networking opportunities for the voice acting community in London, Ontario and its surrounding areas will take place. A local-based networking group for voice actors will be introduced alongside a Facebook page to keep in touch with the voice over community in the region.

This session is for anyone who wants to learn more about how the spoken word is impacting mobile technologies as well as those aspiring to do voice overs and those who are already doing voice over.
