Francesco oversees the company’s sales and operations directives, and is responsible for strategically expanding the brand’s consumer base through marketing and sales efforts.

Under his tutelage, the resort’s culinary outlets received numerous accolades including Prado being named as one of Esquire Magazine’s Top 20 Best New Restaurants in 2009, and one of Phoenix Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in 2009. He was previously the Executive Chef of the InterContinental Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio, where he oversaw food and beverage operations including Table 45, a James Beard best-new restaurant nominee for 2008.
