It collaborates to kick-off the event with some of the industries' female movers and shakers participating, as co-sponsors of the Women in Telecom and Tech Breakfast with Xorcom, DIDX, and The SIP School, an exciting mix of Canada, Israel, USA and UK-based companies. The telecom and tech jet setter list includes peers from Fonality, Jaymie Scotto & Associates, Crossfire Media, Pacific Crest Securities, Intronis, GoGrid, BillSoft, Google, and LifeSize Communications.

Another successful pre-event AstraQom activity is the completion an enlightening audio podcast interview with DeviceAnywhere's VP of marketing Leila Modarres on mobile application development cycle, a new and very much enabling strategy of the company.

The organization's CEO and founder Faraz Syed is a key speaker on the 2011-pertinent topic of "Managing the Deluge of Third-Party Devices and Apps in the Enterprise" on September 13, 3:30 - 4:15 PM in Room 8C. Others on the panel are moderator Bob Emmerson, Nathan Clevenger of ITR Mobility, Chris Perret of Nukona, and Mark Sochan of Partnerpedia. With a growing number of company employees buying their own mobile devices and leveraging them for business productivity and personal goals, how do enterprise IT departments manage the devices and the associated applications from a broad spectrum of manufacturers, operating systems, platforms and carrier networks? Issues such as network and data security also are crucial. Best practices will be discussed during the first day session. Listen to Ms. Modarres' podcast on AstraQom, DIDX, or iTunes channels.

"All of us at AstraQom look forward to ITEXPO West this week with its wide variety of experienced and wise industry thought leaders, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors from companies such as 8x8, AudioCodes, Interactive Intelligence, Avaya, Dialogic, Digium, and Yealink. The new location of Austin, number 7 on the list of America's Top Tech Center 2009, is a smart move. I'm glad to see StartupCamp4 and also inGate's SIP Trunking workshop again. I have always said that the more of a variety of types of people and organizations that a conference attracts, the more exciting innovations and partnerships result," says says Suzanne Bowen of AstraQom, also co-founder of Super Technologies in 1999 and TMCnet.com blogger.

She adds, "ITEXPO attracts developers, resellers, vendors, service providers (wholesale and other levels), government and SMBs. Our company has scheduled several chats and meetups with those interested in AstraQom's healthcare, hospitality and nonprofit solutions, as well as our new PinoyKubo for Filipinos' social network. We work closely with our clients to set up and grow their organization in the direction they want with web, email, and pbx hosting; video / audio conferencing; social media and networks; and IP communications."

The ITEXPO West will hold its Grand Opening Networking Reception and first day of the EXPO with around 320 exhibitors on September 13 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Some new and veteran exhibitors that AstraQom recommends to be sure to visit include Amazon, Commetrex, Cox Communications, D2 Technologies, DeviceAnywhere, Microsoft, Nokia, Orange Telecom, RIM, Telenor, and Xorcom. Visitors can take advantage of the conference sessions in Social CRM, Service Provider, Technical Track, Enterprise, SMB, Call Center, Security, and Collaboration Tracks. There are co-located summits and conferences such as 4G Evolution, HTML5, Channelvision, Cloud Communications, M2M Evolution, Super WiFi, ViPEERING, and MPLS University.

"Look for Suzanne Bowen in the soft blue AstraQom oxford on the Expo floor, at night time receptions and parties, and the conference sessions. We are taking pictures and recording short insightful videos about businesses participating, issues, and trends. Don't miss out on this. We want to showcase the best on TMC, AstraQom and DIDX audio, video, blog and other media channels. We always actively participate in TMC events because they always are ahead of the curve such as with this year's ITEXPO West and its first time tech job fair sponsored by Dice, September 15, 2011 from 11 am to 3 pm at the Austin Convention Center, a great opp for companies searching for qualified persons and vice versa," shares Jonathan Sowah, CEO of AstraQom. "Be sure to get connected with one of our team at this conference with business cards and social networks. We believe that everyone will achieve goals they set in Austin at this event because it has such a quality variety to offer."
