Turtle Lake Joins 'Ultimate' Family of Nudist Resorts

Turtle Lake Resort, the upscale nudist destination in Michigan, is the latest North American resort to join the "Ultimate" family of nudist resorts. Members at any of the five Ultimate resorts can pay a supplement that will grant them 45 days of access at each of the other four resorts.

Land O'Lakes, FL, April 23, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Turtle Lake Resort, the popular nudist destination in Union City, Michigan, has joined the “Ultimate” family of nudist resorts.

Nudists who are members of one of five “Ultimate” nudist resorts can pay a supplement to their home club membership dues to receive 45 days of free admission at each of the other four resorts. In addition to Turtle Lake, the Ultimate family of nudist resorts consists of Paradise Lakes near Tampa; Mira Vista Resort in Tucson Arizona; and two of the premier nudist destinations in California: De Anza Springs near San Diego and Laguna del Sol near Sacramento. (Paradise Valley, the nudist resort near Atlanta, no longer is part of the program.)

“Since its introduction last year, the Ultimate membership has been very popular among nudists who travel the country,” said the Ultimate club owners in a joint statement. “We’re thrilled to have Turtle Lake on board with this exciting program.”

Founded as a non-nudist campground in the 1970s, Turtle Lake blossomed into a premier, year-round nudist destination in 1993. Convenient to Chicago and Detroit, the resort combines breathtaking scenery along Turtle Lake with modern amenities, including an indoor pool and 10,000 square foot clubhouse. In August of 2008, Turtle Lake will host the annual convention of the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR).
