Culinary Institute Launches Online Courses Starting in October 2011

Indianapolis, IN, November 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Chef’s Academy (http://www.thechefsacademy.com), the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 109-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers 38 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced that its Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management is now offered completely online. The program is designed to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to begin a career path toward management in the hospitality and food service industry. All online courses have a special emphasis on management skills such as problem solving, forecasting, strategic planning, team building and human resource management. The online curriculum, launched in October, provides students with a great deal of flexibility in their course load and is ideal for anyone currently employed in the industry.
