County Road 14 is a fictional thriller, inspired by actual events. The main character, Regina Cofax, and her husband Tom move back to Regina's hometown, Perry, Florida after her Great-Aunt passes away in a car accident.

Perry, FL, May 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Written by Eddie Brown, Jr. and Roderick Dewanye Monroe, Surround Filmworks Corp. began filming the HD motion picture County Road 14 on February 22, 2007. The fictional film represents Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa and Perry, Florida, and will showcase local, regional and national independent actors. Entertainment veterans, the cast of actors and actresses has premiered in various films, television, plays and print work. "This cast will bring forth a quality, award-winning production that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats," said 'County Road 14' Producer and Director Eddie Brown, Jr.

Surround Filmworks Corporation is located in Downtown Perry, Florida and is locally owned and operated. County Road 14 will premiere at a red carpet gala in Tallahasee, Florida, and in September Colorado, California, and New York. Slated for a Fall 2007 release, Surround Filmworks will independently premiere this feature nationwide.

County Road 14 has brought in music composer Jonathan Brodmann, who did a soundtrack for Anna Nicole Smith’s last movie "Illegal Aliens". A few cast members are in nationally distributed projects: Dwight Cenac II, Valerie Denise Jones, Rich Dye and Daniel Simmons. “Each day this film has grown more wings and it will indeed take off and with this suspense story it will excel,” stated Roderick Monroe. The film is scheduled to be released this fall in September or October.
