Raleigh, NC, January 07, 2012 --( The Chef’s Academy (, the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 109-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers 40 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced that Executive Chef Eddie Wilson of The Chef’s Academy has released a podcast unveiling his personal perspective and background in the culinary industry. In this podcast, Wilson sheds light on previous roles served in the culinary field that led him to The Chef’s Academy, the common misconceptions that incoming students tend to have, and the unique career avenues that can be pursued upon degree completion.
