Everyclick.com Finds Core Investor in £3m Investment Round

Cheltenham, United Kingdom, May 09, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Everyclick.com, the search engine that gives 50% of its revenues to charities, is pleased to announce that it has raised over half of its £3m investment round including £1.5m of equity investment from Lochside (International) Limited and funds associated with the Fleming family.

As part of the transaction Lochside (International) Ltd has been granted right to nominate a director on Everyclick's board. The board of Everyclick expects now to move rapidly towards closing its current financing round.

Since its launch in June 2005, Everyclick.com has already become the ninth largest serach engine in the UK.*
