Barbara Watkins and Betty Dravis introduced their literary collaboration of horror in an e-book of short stories entitled "Six-Pack of Blood." Since the release date it has garnished several five star reviews and an honorary horror award from Zodiac Entertainment. In this collection of short stories, Co- author’s Dravis and Watkins combine their unique style of writing to create six horrifying tales of terror and suspense.

Betty Dravis is a retired newspaper publisher and career journalist who also hosted a Cable TV talk show. She is a celebrity interviewer and author of seven books, including this one, Six-Pack of Blood (with Barbara Watkins) and an e-book Star Struck: Interviews with Dirty Harry and Other Hollywood Icons. Three are novels in print and e-book format: 1106 Grand Boulevard, The Toonies Invade Silicon Valley and Millennium Babe: The Prophecy. Two others are Dream Reachers and Dream Reachers II, nonfiction collections of celebrity interviews (with Chase Von).

Dravis also wrote three short stories that were consistent best-sellers in the Amazon Shorts program and had short stories published in the anthologies Every Child is Entitled to Innocence, Sweet Sunshine, Just Our Best Short Stories 2005. She recently finished her first full-length horror/paranormal book Evil Voices (unpublished at present).

Barbara Watkins resides in Missouri. At an early age, she experienced what she referred to as – supernatural phenomenon, As a teenager she kept a diary in which she documented several of her disturbing nightmares, in which she would ultimately incorporate into several of her writings. In her writings, she loves to evoke a false sense of security and expectations, as she leads her reader into a world of the unknown. Her articles on various subjects, short stories, and poetry, have appeared in The Heartland Writers Guild, 2008 New York Skyline Review, and several on-line publications.

In 2010, Watkins collaborated with New Zealand screenwriters on a screenplay for a short movie entitled, BlindSide in which her name appears in the films end credits for voice-over monologue. LA Film, TV and Webisode Festival, formally known as The Beverly Hills Film, TV and New Media Festival, are currently considering BlindSide for its selection.

Barbara Watkins is a member of The Thriller Writers Association, and The National Writers Association. Her charitable contributions include supporting the Partner in Hope program through the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
