Taylor Morrison Giving Denver New Home Buyers Up to $10,000 Off Closing Costs, Free Fireplaces This Fall
Denver, CO, October 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Denver home buyers can make their new home purchase pay off for them this fall, thanks to Taylor Morrison Denver’s latest home buying offers.

From now until Nov. 30, Denver homebuyers can receive up to $10,000 in paid closing costs for their new home in Denver. To take advantage of the offer, homebuyers must finance with Taylor Morrison Home Funding for their new build construction or move-in ready home. The amount of paid closing costs offered varies by community so buyers are encouraged to contact a Taylor Morrison sales associate for more information.

And through December 31, Taylor Morrison Denver is offering homebuyers a free fireplace in the family room when they choose to build a new home in one of the builder’s six communities located throughout Denver. Taylor Morrison currently builds in Arvada, Broomfield, Golden and Parker.

“If you’ve been considering buying your family a new home, these are two offers worth considering before they’re gone,” said Kip Gilleland, division president for Taylor Morrison Denver. “Our homes have been selling incredibly well this year and these two offers will only keep that momentum going.”

Taylor Morrison Denver is also delivering the simplicity, safety and elegance of connected home automation to homebuyers this fall.

The Interactive Home™ system debuted October 1 in the Denver market with the addition of Control4 devices for select homes. The optional system makes it easy for Denver homebuyers to control multiple devices in their home - TVs, thermostats, door locks and DVRs - with a user interface that’s simple to use, yet flexible enough to control the most complicated electronic gadgets.

The available options and true customization of the Control4 system allow homebuyers to create connected living experiences that match and reflect their lifestyles.

“The average homebuyer is more connected than ever,” Gilleland said. “But as the number of devices we own increases, the need to have an intelligent interface to control all of them grows. Our Interactive Home™ system allows homeowners to walk through their front door completely in control.”

Denver homebuyers will be able to see the Interactive Home™ system in person with the grand opening of the company’s new Silverleaf community in Broomfield in mid-December.
