OptACA Website Offers Quick and Easy Solution for ACA Data Administration Processes
Eagan, MN, June 25, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The ACA preparation company OptACA LLC announces its new website, which will function as a preparation tool for impending Affordable Care Act (ACA) policy changes. The OptACA website, which promises to be an “ACA compliance monitor and administrative life saver” launched on Friday, June 21st and encourages large employers to “opt out of complication.”

According to Laura Schmitz, VP of Business Development at OptACA, the website will provide high-volume, high-turnover companies in the staffing, hospitality, food service, janitorial and retail service industries a better way to track required ACA data administration.

“Most traditional data administration methods and technologies are unsustainable for these employers as it pertains to the variable hour and break in service rules outlined in the law and many companies will shy away from offering this service due to the ever-changing labor pools and complicated rules. OptACA provides employers peace of mind and a solution to manage healthcare benefit offerings as well as avoid potential penalties brought on by the ACA,” said Laura.

The site www.optaca.com contains a free penalty calculator – which can be used to determine maximum penalty costs – and an exposure analysis report that provide solutions dependent on a company’s benefit contribution levels, participation rates, state level costs and other business variables.

An additional administration piece of the website is set to be released later this year, where employers will be able to upload and monitor employee data to determine employee eligibility, provide notifications, monitor measurement and stability periods and to track data for all federal reporting needs and audits.
