Mr. Brossoie has over 42 years experience in the construction field. He is the Senior Preconstruction Manager at DPR Hardin. This is a construction company based in Redwood City, California that builds complex, sustainable projects utilizing technical and sustainable construction techniques nationwide. Mr. Brossoie works out of the Atlanta branch office. He has developed several parametric estimating models that are used in conceptual estimating efforts for Commercial, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed Use, and Parking Deck projects. In addition to these project types, Mr. Brossoie has experience in Mass Transit, Medical, Performing Arts, Educational, Institutional and Industrial facilities. He specializes in providing complex and highly accurate estimates at the very earliest phases of project development as well as guidance to the project design teams as to the constructability of a project during the early design phases. Mr. Brossoie was born on June 9, 1951 in Albany, New York. He obtained a B.S. in Engineering Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1977. He is the father of three children and grandfather to two granddaughters. In his spare time Mr. Brossoie enjoys traveling, woodworking, gardening, and fishing.
