Manny’s Franchise Branching Further Into North Carolina

Charleston, SC, February 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Manny's Franchise operating Manny's Neighborhood Grilles and Mediterranean Cafes has news of three additional franchise units centered on concepts of the Café. Michael Stavrinakis, President of Manny’s Franchise has entered a contract with Eric Valera and Dennis Hoffer of Greenville, N.C.

The multi-unit franchise has plans to open locations in three North Carolina cities: Greenville, New Bern and Raleigh. Valera and Hoffer also purchased rights up to five additional units in three surrounding counties of the Café’s newest destinations.

Eric and Dennis are co-owners of V-MAC Inc. ‘dba’ Buffalo Wild Wings. Both operate the franchise locations in Eastern North Carolina. Valera has been with the company 22 years and assisted with the grand opening of Buffalo Wild Wings in 1993.

“We are excited to bring restaurateurs with the experience and knowledge that Eric and Dennis posses,” said Stavrinakis. “We feel having true restaurant partners that understand the business will help establish our Cafe footprint through the Southeast and beyond.”

The joining partners have over three decades of restaurant management combined. The N.C. cities chosen for the Mediterranean Cafe’s are fortunate to have a well-established franchise joining the areas as well as the successful team behind it.

The three new restaurants will be opening in different phases due to a multitude of structural planning. Stavrinakis and partners expect to have the first location secure by December 2015.

Manny's Franchise is based in Charleston, S.C. For additional information call the headquarters at 843-769-5848.
