Ms. Hartwig has almost 40 years experience in the education field. She is a Teacher Consultant for Special Education at St. Joseph County Intermediate School District which provides primary and secondary education in Wyoming, Michigan. She is responsible for individual evaluations, behavioral plans and designing curriculum for special needs students. Ms. Hartwig is affiliated with I.E.C.C. She obtained a B.A. in Rural Life and Education and a M.A. +30 hours in Learning Disabilities, both from Western Michigan University. In her spare time she enjoys reading, dancing, volunteering with hospice and family activities.
