LEAOS E-Bike Wins the 2015 International Red Dot Product Design Award

A distinguished jury comprising 38 experts chose the elegant LEAOS E-bike as the winner in its category for the world's most important design prize.

Bolzano, Italy, March 31, 2015 --(PR.com)-- LEAOS, the top-class manufacturer based in the northern Italian city of Bolzano, succeeded in prevailing against intense competition, with a total of 5,000 products submitted. The most important evaluation criteria for the coveted seal of approval were quality, innovativeness and excellent design that sets itself apart in a clear way.

In his first statement, the company’s managing director Armin Oberhollenzer said, “This is incredibly satisfying for the whole team, and confirms that we’re heading in the right direction. We see it as one more validation of our vision: to be able to change urban mobility through design-oriented and technologically innovative products.”

On June 29, 2015, the crowning achievement of the internationally renowned product competition will be celebrated in the Essen with the Red Dot Award gala ceremony. The LEAOS will be in permanent exposition at the Red Dot design museum in Essen, Germany.
