California Entrepreneur Announces First Training in Conjunction with Book Publication

La Jolla, CA, August 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Mehrad Nazari offers the first Enlightened Negotiation™ Training in La Jolla, CA on October 10th, 2015, based on his forthcoming book Enlightened Negotiation: 8 Spiritual Laws to Connect, Create and Prosper (SelectBooks, Spring 2016). In the wave of new movements in business practices such as the Conscious Capitalism®, Enlightened Negotiation™ introduces a new model in bridging business practices with personal values and spiritual ethics. Held at the Estancia Hotel and Spa, this training introduces participants to skills needed for effective negotiations, managing conflicts and creating solutions based on spiritual principles revered by many wisdom traditions.

Dr. Nazari earned an MBA degree and his California real estate broker license in 1981. He was awarded his Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Behavior in 1992 from United States International University (USIU) in San Diego, CA. As an adjunct professor of business negotiation, he taught for ten years at USIU. Since 1984, he has been the President and CEO of California Real Estate Services, a real estate investment brokerage, educational and consulting firm based in La Jolla, California. His presentations on negotiation and spirituality include eBay Marketing Department, UC Berkeley International House, Esalen Institute (faculty for 14 years), IDEA Health and Fitness Association, Rancho La Puerta (18 years), Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco, Alliant International University in San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
