On July 28, 2015, in the case of Joseph Goldsmith vs. Robert Durant, Lee Charlton Scott, Charlton Roberts Fine Art LLC f/k/a C.R. Fine Art LLC and Charlton Rose Fine Art, LLC, legal action against Lee Charlton Scott & Charlton Rose Fine Art has been discontinued with prejudice.

New York, NY, September 17, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Art dealer Lee Scott, at the age of 15 sold his first two Chagall oil paintings. He later went on to college and subsequently went to work for a prestigious auction house in London.

After he left the auction house, Lee opened his own gallery. The gallery has now been in business for 39 years. Never once has he had a complaint regarding a piece of art he sold.
