John Glabach, P.E. Joins Apex Companies as Regional Manager
Rockville, MD, January 11, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Apex Companies, LLC – a leading energy, water resources and environmental consulting and engineering firm – announced today that John Glabach, P.E., P.M.P., ENV SP, has joined as the Regional Manager of the company’s Mid-Continental Region.
Mr. Glabach brings more than 17 years of successful organizational leadership, financial management, strategic planning, and business development experience to this role where he will lead Apex’s operations within 13 states: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. A Colorado and Texas Professional Engineer; a Certified Project Management Professional and an Envision Sustainability Professional, his environmental and engineering expertise spans design/build construction; construction management; water resources; sustainable infrastructure; security; hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste; solid waste; and military munitions remediation.
Prior to joining Apex, Mr. Glabach worked for Weston Solutions, most recently as the Vice President of their Central U.S. Client Operations where he led a $50M environmental consulting and construction organization servicing federal clients. Before Weston, he served as a Senior Project Engineering for Parsons and as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force where he received commendation, achievement and meritorious service medals. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering, with a water resources emphasis.
At Apex, Mr. Glabach will be responsible for the strategic development of the Mid-Continental Region. He will lead, manage and implement client development, market identification and pursuit strategies; drive revenue growth; manage risk; and ensure that project execution leads to higher levels of client satisfaction. He will be based in Apex’s Lakewood, Colorado office.
