Ms. Snyder has more than 25 years of experience as an HR executive with extensive background encompassing general human resources, talent management, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development and training. Prior to joining APA, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for United Network for Organ Sharing, where she created the human resources function and led the development, design and integration of organizational core values in support of the Company mission and desired cultural transformation.
