New TCP/IP Communication & Digital Protected I/O Device

Intelligent Appliances announces new TCP/IP Communication & Digital Protected I/O Device (IA-3310-E) - Industrial Grade TCP/IP Relay Controller and Remote Digital Status monitor designed to operate on factory floor in harsh and noisy EMI/RFI Environment.

Houston, TX, July 15, 2016 --( Online-Devices is pleased to announce the new TCP/IP Communication & Digital Protected I/O Device (IA-3310-E), developed by Intelligent-Appliance. The device features 4-ch Safety Control Digital Inputs, 4-ch Dry Contact Relays, and is TCP/IP Controlled.

The IA-3310-E includes 2 independent Communication guard Watchdogs. The first watchdog circuit is designed for internal purpose with no user access. The second circuit is designed to secure the continuity and reliability of communication between various control devices in the field and the host computer, using wireless or LAN.

The new IA-3310-E allows the user to define the defense action in terms of response times and behavior. The digital inputs of the device features three modes of entry: secured /alarm /failure and protected as lines can be exploited in a safety /normal and /or digital inputs for general use such as "Dry-Contact," aimed for sensor inputs and such.

The four relays feature switching capability of 3 Amp @ 250 VDC and can be configured as N.O. or N.C. using a jumper, ensuring closed contact in the event of power loss to the device.

The device can be optionally customized and is designed to execute local logic in order to improve the level of security or safety, and to improve response time.

Controllers include a software library, Labview Driver, instant activation routine including operation and training terminal, information monitoring screen, and open source examples for quick and easy integration with client applications.

This new module is joining their reliable and durable product line which includes Industrial Data Acquisition and Control, Communication, Peer to Peer, Digital and Analog I/O modules, USB Relay board Controllers, RS-232 and Motion Control by Intelligent Appliances.
