Artezio Passes ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit

Woburn, MA, October 19, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Artezio quality management system confirmed its compliance with the latest version of the ISO 9001:2015 standard during the audit conducted by the international company Intercertifica-TÜV, along with TÜV Thüringen (Germany).

A new version of the standard includes such requirements as a "risk-based thinking" process approach, greater flexibility in document management, focus on services and environment, higher requirements to leadership, and exceptional attention to customers' satisfaction.

Artezio passed the ISO certification in 2003 for the first time. In 2009 the company got the certificate of compliance to the ISO 9001:2008 standard after the fundamental rework of its quality management system. Every year Artezio confirms the status of the ISO 9001 Certified Company.

ISO 9000 is a series of international standards that describe the QMS requirements for companies and organizations. Over 190 countries worldwide have adopted ISO 9000 standards as national, and they are valid for companies of any field, ownership and size. Nowadays the most modern QMS requirements are included in the ISO 9001:2015 version.
