Ring.io customers who own an Amazon Echo, an Echo Dot, Amazon Tap, or an Amazon Fire TV device will be able to ask Alexa for information on the status and traffic of their customer and prospect communications. Sales executives will for instance be able to ask Alexa questions such as, “How many sales calls did we get today,” “Who booked the most appointments today?”, “How many calls did Jason make?”, ”How many calls went to voicemail?” or “Who missed the most calls today?”
