Semi-Finalists for i4cp's Next Practice Award Announced

11 organizations selected to compete for award that recognizes cutting-edge people practices.

Seattle, WA, March 15, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The semi-finalists have been announced for i4cp's 2017 Next Practice Award. This award celebrates and highlights leading-edge people practices and the organizations that are implementing them to positively impact the bottom-line. The winners will be announced at the i4cp 2017 Conference: Next Practices Now, March 20 – 23, 2017, in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The discovery of next practices—human capital tactics and/or strategies that few companies are employing but that are highly correlated with market performance—is one of the Institute for Corporate Productivity’s (i4cp) primary focuses. To that end, i4cp turned to its network of member organizations to uncover world class examples of next practices in action. The Next Practice Award showcases the design, implementation, and measurement of innovative people practices that effectively address current business challenges.

The 11 semi-finalists are:

BASF
BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee
Booz Allen Hamilton
Cigna
Ford
Ingersoll Rand
Intel
Prudential Financial
Sears Holding Corporation
TIAA
T-Mobile

Their submissions, which vary from achievements in employee onboarding to career development, and workforce analytics, will be featured on the i4cp website starting in April. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, March 21 at the i4cp 2017 Conference: Next Practices Now, a vendor-free event for senior HR, learning, and talent leaders devoted to both looking ahead to what the future brings and focusing on the people practices that drive market performance now.

It's not too late to sign up for the conference and connect directly with the Next Practice Award semi-finalists and other HR leaders—view the agenda and sign up now at https://www.i4cp.com/conference
