The goal is to further expand M&C’s growing portfolio of regional and national relationships with strategic customers and Channel Business Partners. Leanora is a 13 year veteran of M&C Associates. She has decided to re-join the organization, bringing a wealth of industry experience after spending two years at Genesys / Interactive Intelligence. With M&C’s announcement of its partnership with Genesys in 2016, the addition of Leanora to the M&C team at this time is strategic, as the demand for OmniChannel Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Center Solutions increases.
Leanora knows how to build client relationships through advocacy, guidance and collaboration, while identifying solutions of value. In her new position, she will be instrumental in managing multiple business development initiatives, generating leads and building additional opportunities.
