)-- Young employee benefits advisers bring a fresh perspective to a centuries-old industry. The resourcefulness of this new generation creates positive change in today’s uncertain market. HUB International is honored to have three of our own “rising stars” included in Employee Benefit Adviser (EBA’s) 2018 Rising Stars in Advising
EBA has an eight-year tradition of recognizing the industry’s young talent (age 35 and younger). Two of the twenty Rising Stars, Melissa Koontz and Matt Gilroy, are benefits consultants with HUB’s Northwest region. A third HUB benefit adviser, Bethany Radloff, is an assistant vice president from the Midwest.
“Our young talent excels at spotting opportunities where a different approach would improve the way we provide service. We are proud of the accomplishments achieved by Melissa, Matt, and Bethany. EBA’s recognition is both gratifying and well deserved,” said Linda Keller, National Chief Operating Officer of Employee Benefits, HUB International.
Melissa Koontz and Matt Gilroy have worked together for five years. They formed a unique partnership that complements their distinctive work styles and skill sets.
