Palmeri started by stating, "Migraines are not just headaches, if you've had one, you know what I mean. They are complicated and horrible. The key is to find a good way to manage them. And by that I mean, do what works for you, everyone's different." Palmeri continued by saying, "After a lifetime of trying nearly everything, I've found that a combination of avoiding triggers, massage therapy targeting neck and head muscles, and hydrotherapy often relieves or stops migraines in their tracks."
