RASA Surveying is also the official distributor of many geospatial products from well-known companies, including Digital Globe for satellite images, HI-TARGET for professional surveying instruments, and Supergeo for GIS software. To provide customer services more rapidly in this island country, RASA Surveying has other two branch offices locate in Visayas and Mindanao, which are in the central and southern part of the Philippines respectively.
During the week-long, face-to-face training, the speaker from Supergeo not only finished lectures on all SuperGIS products but also demonstrated in several public and private sectors that have demands for GIS software. Such action has significantly enhanced the brand image and the credibility among users and will make it easier for the reseller to take over business afterward. Also, the speaker also brought back many first-hand suggestions from current SuperGIS users, including preliminary customization and UI optimization. Now, Supergeo’s product manager is reviewing and tracking the feedback, hoping to include new features in the future development plan.
