Temple Hills, MD, July 11, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Renee Huggans, author of "The Weight of the World", takes you through the ups and downs, the insecurities, and most of all, the psychological aspects of dealing with a failed relationship with an unexpected twist. "The Weight of the World" takes you on a journey of raw lesbian eroticism and also gives you a glemse of real life situations within some lesbian relationships as well.

Renee Huggans, born in Washington, DC, discovered her talent for wrting when she wrote her first play for her fifth grade class. After that success, she began moving towards the writing of poems, songs, and short stories. After graduation from Eastern High School in Washington, DC, she longed to do things that involved her passions: performing and writing.

Losing her self-esteem and self image once from a destructive relationship, she found herself depressed and broken at the end. As a means to letting go of the pain and the determination of taking back her own life's worth, she took pen to paper and created "The Weight of the World", mixing fantasy with reality, which has healed her soul. She quotes, "I believe that the world is full of La'Tischa Mitchell's and they are stuck in their situations with no outlet. I not only used this book to free myself, but I hope that I can help free my other full-figured women who are still dealing with low self-esteem and depression".

Renee and daughter Sa'Dia, now reside in Capital Heights, Maryland, where life did imitate art when she married her life partner and soul mate on May 10th of this year. She's currently working on her Insurance Agent license and works in Largo, Maryland. However, she does plan to write a sequel to this novel as well as more stories in the lesbian erotica genre, where she hopes to one day see it produced in film.
