About The Author
Mike Molaire has lived in Rochester, NY for 52 years. A retired research chemist from Eastman Kodak (36 years), an inventor (65 US patents), an entrepreneur (former CEO and Founder of Molecular Glasses, Inc.), a fine art photographer, and published poet. He earned BS degree in chemistry, MS degree in polymer science/chemical engineering and MBA, Executive Development Program, all from the University of Rochester.

He received Entrepreneur of the Year awards from the American Chemical Society Rochester Local Section (2018), and the Rochester Professional Consultants Network (2017). He was inducted into the Kodak Distinguished Inventor’s Gallery (1993) and received the Kodak C.E.K Mees Award (1983), the most prestigious recognition of scientific research excellence at Eastman Kodak. He is the author of Michel Frantz Molaire-Poetry on Canvas-Poetry written over six decades of my life (2025), Shadow of Dreams (1995), African American Who’s Who Past & Present Greater Rochester Area, The MIDmillennium Edition (2026), The NeWMillennium Edition (1998), First Edition (1994).
