Fayetteville, AR, September 23, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Calara, the land development arm of Rausch Companies, today announced it has entered into contract on a new land deal, a residential community in Bentonville that will bring around 900 lots to market. The deal marks one of Calara's largest single-site commitments to date and reflects the company's continued investment in high-growth housing markets.
This deal is currently under contract, with homebuilder partnerships to be announced as they are finalized. The community adds to a growing pipeline of Calara projects spanning 18,000 lots and growing in multiple regions, underscoring the company's strategy of partnering with builders to deliver ready-to-build land in markets where housing demand continues to outpace supply.
