The company was formed by Norm DeHart, an experienced commercial broker, who has assisted corporations with office and industrial facility transactions since 1994. Norm wanted to create a company that would merge his extensive corporate management experiences and commercial brokerage skills to produce maximum value for the firm’s clients.
With offices in Denver and Boulder, Guidance has fine-tuned a specialized set of skills to serve mid-sized and large companies and governmental entities with real estate needs in the Front Range and throughout Colorado.

--- Our fees to be paid by the landlord or property seller*. You typically pay nothing to have an experienced advocate guiding you through the complexities of leasing and purchase transactions.
