The company was formed by Norm DeHart, an experienced commercial broker, who has assisted corporations with office and industrial facility transactions since 1994. Norm wanted to create a company that would merge his extensive corporate management experiences and commercial brokerage skills to produce maximum value for the firm’s clients.

With offices in Denver and Boulder, Guidance has fine-tuned a specialized set of skills to serve mid-sized and large companies and governmental entities with real estate needs in the Front Range and throughout Colorado.

We pledge that as a client of Guidance, you can expect:

--- To work directly with the principal of the company, who directs a team focused on your project and who guides all key steps. Your project is not passed to a junior broker who is learning the business on your project - and at your expense.

--- No conflicts of interest – we never represent landlords.

--- Honesty, integrity, ethical-dealing and confidentiality: Protecting your interests is our primary duty, all other considerations are secondary; we do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it; we maintain the confidentiality of your business and transaction information -- key data on your lease is not shared with the media or commercial real estate public databases, as is customary in the industry.

--- Financial transparency – we show you where every dollar of your lease agreement is going. We also accept no referral fees from the vendors to whom we refer business, so you can trust us to refer vendors based on experience, integrity and skill.

--- Our fees to be paid by the landlord or property seller*. You typically pay nothing to have an experienced advocate guiding you through the complexities of leasing and purchase transactions.

--- Us to understand the responsibilities and pressures facing decision-makers to bring positive results to their companies, employees and management teams. Norm DeHart has 13 years of significant corporate management experience with an international oil & gas services firm, where he managed hundreds of employees and multi-million dollar projects.
