Owner, Michael Todd, is London-trained and has been working in the industry for over 20 years. He says that the best and most satisfying part of what he does is seeing the amazing positive effect that his clients enjoy simply by having their hair restyled. Phase 2 enjoys an abundance of free parking right outside the door.
