The Allstate Foundation Funds High School Teen Safe Driving Campaigns; High School Students Are Empowered to Become Smart Driving Activists

Safety Center receives a grant from The Allstate Foundation to fund contests for high schools students to create teen safe driving campaigns reinforcing safe driving attitudes and behavior. Car crashes are the #1 cause of teen fatalities. Contests will provide incentives for teen-to-teen high school campaigns using the power of peer influence to change perceptions about taking risks behind the wheel and helping to make safe, responsible driving behavior become the socially acceptable standard. - August 29, 2013
