O'Bama 100/1 to Dye His Hair Green for St. Patrick's Day

European bookmakers William Hill have come up with some Barack Obama specials for St. Patrick's Day. The US President's great great great grandfather Falmouth Kearney was born in Ireland and the bookies have begun to speculate about how Mr O'Bama will celebrate the Irish national holiday.

Dublin, Ireland, March 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- William Hill believes that Barack Obama is almost certain to down a pint of Guinness on St. Patrick’s Day and make the US President a 1/10 shot to be pictured drinking a pint of Ireland’s favourite tipple on the 17th of March. Hills are also offering odds of 100/1 that the US Prez dye’s his hair green to look more Irish.

Obama was criticised in certain quarters for having a beer at the Bulls v the Wizards basketball game last month, but William Hill’s Irish spokesman Tony Kenny believes the man dubbed O’Bama in Ireland will stay true to his Irish roots and enjoy a pint of Guinness on Ireland’s national day “The President has already said that he’s proud of his Irish heritage and what better way to show it than drinking a pint of the black stuff on St. Paddy’s Day.”
