EDSPA Announces Green Initiative

Orlando, FL, March 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Board of Directors of the Egg Donation and Surrogacy Professional Association (EDSPA), a multidisciplinary third party family formation organization, has announced the start of its Green Initiative. EDSPA, a not-for-profit organization, believes that building a strong foundation includes considering its impact on the environment. Robert Terenzio, the organization's CEO, points out that EDSPA has implemented several eco-friendly approaches: * EDSPA is using electronic files not only to save paper but electronic files are easier to search and store. * EDSPA conducts its board meetings by teleconference and limits the number of physical meetings to save on transportation costs. * EDSPA uses e-mail for forms and document transmittals as part of its paper reduction campaign. * EDSPA uses the social network, FaceBook, to communicate with members and share ideas and information with the public. * EDSPA will make official Certificates available for download to members who want to display their membership. * EDSPA applications, dues and banking will be internet based. Robert Terenzio is proud that EDSPA members believe that "Going Green" sets a precedence for other young companies and eels that “a paperless organization will help the environment and keep membership fees lower.” The Egg Donation and Surrogacy Professional Association accomplishes it's mission by providing a forum for education, communication and advocacy on behalf of patients, physicians, attorneys, agencies and affiliated professionals in the field of Third Party Family Formation. http://www.edspa.org
