Gladstone Homes is offering a unique "sneak peek" of an under-construction, decorated model. The special tours through May allow families to see both the quality construction behind the drywall and get a true sense of space as it is staged with furniture and mock appliances. The Sagestone model is the first in a new series of Gladstone home designs priced to meet the needs of the economy.

Gladstone Homes Extends Unique Sneak Peak Event Through May: New Impression Series Draws Homebuyer Interest
North Aurora, IL, May 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- In response to customer demand, Gladstone Homes is extending its “Sneak Peek” field model tour event for its new Impression Series through the end of May. Pre-construction pricing also will be offered throughout the extended event.

“After hosting back-to-back tours of the home and continuing to receive calls for appointments after the mid-April event, we knew one weekend just wasn’t enough,” said Gladstone Marketing Manager Aimee Babcock. “We have new families scheduled to view our ‘in-progress’ decorated model and those who toured it are coming back for pricing appointments and to secure their homesites.”

Gladstone unveiled the first home in its new Impression Series – the 2100 square-foot Sagestone priced in the low $200s – on April 15 with a unique, behind-the-walls tour. The under-construction model at Gladstone’s Windstone Place community in North Aurora was furnished and decorated to give families a clear sense of the space while also being able to experience first-hand the quality construction inherent behind the drywall.

“The resounding feedback was ‘Wow. This feels much bigger than we expected for a 2,100 square-foot home,’” said Babcock. “Those who are familiar with our home designs said, ‘This is definitely a Gladstone home.’”

Gladstone is known for its elegant, open floor plans and clear sightlines. Homes in its established Signature Series and Premiere Series range from just under 3000 square-feet to more than 4000 square-feet, and it was important to Gladstone Founder & President David Bolger to maintain both the quality construction and the consistent “feel” of Gladstone Homes in the new series.

“Our company always has been responsive to customer needs and wants,” said Babcock. “Families who’ve always wanted a Gladstone home now have that opportunity with the Impressions Series’ lower price-point.”

The in-progress Sagestone model displays kitchen cabinetry constructed of cardboard and mock plumbing fixtures to help customers visualize the kitchen layout, and is staged with furniture to help grasp the scale of the well-proportioned rooms. The model is located at Windstone Place, along Oak St. east of Orchard Rd. in North Aurora. To schedule a tour, call 630-907-9777.
