St Petersburg, FL, December 31, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Title Consulting Services, Inc. (TITL), Accu Title Agency, has released a New Year's CEO address.

President and CEO Dustin Secor is pleased to inform TITL shareholders of the latest developments pertaining to the company activities and plans for 2011. Mr. Secor stated, "In 2010 the company rebounded along with the US Real Estate market and we have started further expansion in the Title Insurance market. We continue to add account executives/sales people to our roster in order to further grow our business base and we continue to add additional states of licensure to our national expansion.

Among more technical updates and plans, we are preparing to develop a free-to-download smart phone app as a marketing tool to expand our customer base, serving every realtor, lender, mortgage broker and banker in mortgage industry. We are also close to going live with our web-based back office support software, which will enable our staff to be more efficient as well as provide better service to our customers. Further, this web-based software will also enable us to open additional offices at a much lower cost point as well as increasing our speed and efficiency when opening new offices.

We also believe that diversification would be good for the company, and we have started looking outside of the Title Insurance industry for acquisition targets. We will update our shareholders with any developments regarding the new possible merger candidates and acquisitions.
