Rinox Products Enhance Bay Front Property; Keep Bare Feet Cool in Summer Sun
Douglassville, PA, April 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- With the recent construction of a bay front property, the use of Rinox Products helped to create the back yard of the homeowners’ dreams. The pavers selected for the project were not only aesthetically pleasing, but served a functional use in keeping cool on bare feet in the hot, North Carolina sunshine.

Plans for this outdoor project began prior to the home’s initial construction with the original home builder. The homeowner and his family began building their dream home close to three years ago. The plans for this magnificent outdoor abode were brought to the attention of the home builder prior to construction, and even though he would not be involved with the landscape construction, he planned ahead for their future outdoor needs.

When the original excavation occurred on the empty double lot, overlooking Currituck Sound Inlet, most of the indigenous sandy soils were removed and replaced with quality compactable fill dirt. This not only occurred for the home but for the future pool area as well. A few years later when the homeowners were ready to put the exclamation point on their dream, Robert Nye of Renaissance Outdoor Contracting was called to the task.

Robert immediately recognized the grandeur of the canvas on which he was commissioned to paint. With Currituck Sound right in the homeowner’s backyard, North Carolina’s Outer Banks off in the distance, and local water fowl gracing the area with their presence, this was one of the most beautiful landscapes he had been hired to design. Robert knew that there were three definite musts for this project, a pool for the kids, a hot tub for the adults and the elegance of Rinox Pavers for all to enjoy.

At a final glance, the landscape flows seamlessly from the elevated, covered back porch, down to the pool deck. Arizona Stone by Rinox Pavers was chosen for many reasons. Arizona Stone is amongst the smoothest pavers on the market and has an innate ability to resist overheating in the hot summers. This makes for an incredibly barefoot friendly pool area where kids can splash the day away.

Robert Nye knew that the key to designing this project was to keep it simple. His goal was to not take away from the natural beauty of the area, but to compliment nature’s elements. Renaissance Outdoor Contracting, Rinox Pavers, and Mother Nature teamed up to give this lucky family their masterpiece.
