CPX Interactive Names CSO, CRO and CFO

Digital Advertising Network Adds C-Level Positions as It Prepares for Next Stage of Growth

CPX Interactive Names CSO, CRO and CFO
New York, NY, October 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Global online advertising network, CPX Interactive, has bolstered its C-Level suite and begun strategic development of products and services that will help propel its growth in a continually shifting online display advertising landscape. The company has announced the addition of two new positions, Chief Solutions Officer (Karl Bunch) and Chief Revenue Officer (Jonathan Slavin), as well as naming a new Chief Financial Officer (current EVP of Operations, Michael Fleischman.)

The changes come at a time when the company is beginning the unification of its global sales efforts, a move designed to leverage the synergies that exist between the traditionally independent silos of performance and brand advertising in the online realm. CEO and Chairman, Mike Seiman, explains, “For a long time the industry has assumed that ‘branding’ and ‘performance’ were distinct entities. The truth is, however, that they are simply two different tactical directions that ultimately both support the strategy of driving revenue to the bottom line. With our new team in place, we are set to create significant synergies from value we have always offered on both sides of that tactical equation.”

Karl Bunch most recently served as SVP of Strategic Technology for Warner Music Group and boasts a 28 year track record of creating technology to help companies, customers and clients meet and exceed their business needs. As the new Chief Solutions Officer for CPX Interactive, Karl is responsible for leading business strategy and leveraging technology to drive business value; overseeing the company’s technology, ad network, product development and strategic partnerships.

Most recently serving as Managing Director and President of North American Operations for online ad network, Ad Pepper, where he grew revenue over 400% in less than two years, Jonathan Slavin is a focused media professional with more than 12 years of experience in the digital advertising space. His unique blend of experience in the categories of branding, direct response, social media, and data targeting will all serve him well as he takes on the role of Chief Revenue Officer for CPX Interactive, tasked with unifying all sales and business development initiatives.

Stepping up from his role as EVP of Operations and assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer will be Michael Fleischman. Michael is an accomplished financial professional with over 25 years experience in various key corporate finance and strategic planning roles at Cablevision Systems Corporation and its programming subsidiary, Rainbow Media Holdings. As a key member of the CPX Executive team, Michael will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company, including direct responsibility for all financial-related activities: accounting, finance, business analytics, strategic planning, legal, real estate, human resources, deal analysis, quality assurance, investor relations and financing.

As part of this realignment, CPX will be saying goodbye to long time President & COO, Rob Rasko. About Rasko’s departure, Seiman adds, “Rob has been a huge part of how we have come as far as we have and we will always value his contributions and his friendship. As we make this pivot in direction, however, Rob has decided to explore new options. We wish him the very best of luck in all of his future endeavors.”
