Tampa Palms Developer Completes Vision for Phase II Construction at Tampa Palms Professional Center
With occupancy rates hovering around 90 percent, Tampa Palms Professional Center rounds out its current inventory with eight oversized maxi suites ready to open in March.
“These suites are ideal for small businesses that have outgrown a home office or executive suite and are ready to move up to the next level,” said construction-partner Garrison Urette, who partnered with his father, Mike Urette, to build Tampa Palms Professional Center.
The Urettes completed final construction on the 7,500 square foot building in late February, and obtained several pre-lease contracts leading up to the grand opening.
Conveniently located at Bruce B. Downs and 1-75 on scenic Lake Primrose, each maxi suite includes space for two to five offices, a reception area, a private bathroom and a break room, along with 24/7 building access, security and maintenance, and plenty of parking.
While finalization of Phase II is now complete, the Urettes’ future plans include the sale and development of four remaining parcels ranging from 4.0 to 5.5 acres each (17 acres total, divisible to two acres). The long term plan includes the development of a restaurant, retail and services center that has a “destination” appeal for Tampa Palms families. There is also room for more office buildings, a sports complex, a senior living or medical facility or a light manufacturing facility.
The parcels are DRI zoned and shovel-ready with build-to-suit and joint venture options available. All utilities and off-site retention are provided.
