DOW Networks Announces MPLS as a Premium Offering

Atlanta, GA, June 04, 2012 --(PR.com)-- As part of its continuous effort to provide greater call quality and decrease latency for its call center clients, DOW Networks announced a premium offering - MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching).

DOW Networks’ decision to include MPLS as a premium offering is part of an initiative to satisfy the needs of call center customers that are looking to increase the quality of service by having a guaranteed amount of bandwidth. “DOW realizes the importance of high call quality, especially for its call center clients. Having an exclusive route provides a concrete SLA which significantly improves reliability, quality and allows much more control in terms of management and debugging of any issues,” said Jason LeBlanc, Director of Network Engineering and Planning.

DOW Networks has partnered with several clients in providing MPLS circuits which allows them to have a fully meshed IP network between all remote sites. The partnership with DOW has provided the clients with a private IP address structure allowing them to get the full port speed of the circuits. In turn, this type of setup allows DOW Networks to reduce latency and offer redundancy and reliability to call centers.
