Denver, CO, March 08, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- Denver real estate agent Merry Whyman kept telling her clients that she was going to win. She could just feel it. Whyman was so confident that, on the night she won, she had her husband drop off a sales contract for her because, as she put it, “I’m winning a car tonight.”
“I told everyone I was going to win,” Whyman said. “I told my clients that I had to have my husband run their contract over to them because I was going to win a car. I told them that I’d call them after 8 p.m. to answer any questions because before that I would be busy winning a car.”
Whyman’s positive thinking paid off. On a cold and snowy February night, she carefully selected a random envelope from a drum of nondescript envelopes and opened it to discover that she had just won a bright red 2013 Mercedes Benz in Taylor Morrison’s “The Keys to Success Mercedes Benz Giveaway” promotion, held at Mercedes Benz of Littleton.
Whyman, an agent for 29 years, has sold plenty of Denver homes while at Re/Max Alliance in Westminster, Colorado. But never had a home sale repaid her like this.
“I needed a new car,” said Whyman, who will now retire her 2002 Toyota Avalon from service.
Thanks to Taylor Morrison, one lucky real estate agent who sells a Taylor Morrison home this year will also win the use of a brand new Mercedes-Benz for three years from Mercedes-Benz of Littleton.
The REALTOR® promotion runs from Jan. 1, 2013 to Dec. 31, 2013. To be eligible, an agent must sell at least one Taylor Morrison home in the Denver housing market during that period. Please see a Taylor Morrison sales associate for complete details.
With Denver-area homes for sale by Taylor Morrison in desirable communities such as Broomfield, Golden and Arvada, the builder is getting ready to unveil several additional Denver new home communities in 2013, including Terrain in Castle Rock and Whispering Creek in Arvada.
The new Denver homes for sale will join the five communities from Taylor Morrison that currently offer floor plans to fit any lifestyle.
“We believe in the homes we’re building in Denver and we know Colorado homebuyers will, too,” said Kip Gilleland, president of Taylor Morrison’s Denver division.
Whyman said she now has to give several clients a ride in her car - the two Taylor Morrison clients who bought at Whisper Creek in Arvada and Wildhorse Ranch in Golden, as well as her current client. Whyman said she loves showing her clients Taylor Morrison homes because of the company’s great reputation.
“Taylor Morrison is outstanding,” she said. “Their employees go out of their way to find out what the key things are that my clients want. They’re always available to help. A new home sales office can be a busy place but Taylor Morrison employees always go out of their way to help.”
