London, United Kingdom, March 11, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- Careeralpha.com is a traditional and alternative investment management careers
site that features associate to senior level, back, middle and front office jobs globally. Recently exiting a live beta phase it currently lists over 4000 jobs, predominantly sourced by a team of researchers, directly from hiring companies.
Career Alpha today announced the launch of their investment industry focused careers site. The site takes a unique approach by featuring both jobs posted directly by employers and jobs proactively researched and posted by Career Alpha’s research team, facilitating industry professionals to search for jobs from hundreds of investment firms simultaneously.
Careeralpha.com posts approximately 700 new jobs a week. Its team of researchers monitor positions posted on the career pages of hundreds of investment management companies, on a daily basis, removing expired posts and selecting and posting relevant new jobs as they arise. With over 4000 careers currently featured on the website, it is the largest investment industry focused career site for jobs sourced directly from employers.
“The employer focused job postings, hands on careers research and posting and investment industry concentration, distinguish us from other financial careers sites and automated aggregators,” says Justin Pietroni, director and co-founder of Careeralpha.com. “We have created a more efficient and targeted search experience which affords investment industry professionals broader visibility and information on job opportunities in the investment industry.”
In addition to listing jobs by city and by company, the site provides an advanced search function allowing users to search for jobs in up to eight country / city combinations, and, by creating a free account, users can take advantage of the Job Alert Agent to set multiple job alerts. The system checks for new postings hourly and sends new matching results by email.
The firm also announced that they intend to introduce additional content and services as well as expand their coverage of companies. Due later this year will be the introduction of a dedicated system to facilitate recruitment firm postings, along with a filter to allow users to search employer and recruiter postings separately.
