Ohio Idol Season 2 Auditions to be Held at GROOVE U in Columbus Ohio

Columbus, OH, June 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- GROOVE U and Ohio Idol team up for Season 2

Ohio Idol will be at GROOVE U this Saturday June 8th for live auditions for Season 2 of Ohio Idol. GROOVE U is located at 1300 Forsythe Ave in Columbus Ohio and auditions will begin at 10:00 am. Please go to www.ohio-idol.com for more details and information about future rounds.

The Top 100 from across the state will return to GROOVE U on June 29th to perform live on stage in front of a crowd and Ohio Idol judges will select the Top 50 to continue on to the next round.

The Top 50 will perform live at this year's Red White & Boom right in front of Nationwide Arena on July 3rd from noon until 5:00 pm. This is where Ohio Idol judges will select the Top 10 to move on to the Finale at The Ohio State Fair.

The Ohio State Fair will host Ohio Idol's Season 2 Grand Finale on their Main Street stage on July 27th at 7:00 pm. This is where the winner will be crowned and they will get $10,000.00 and a recording contract. The Top 10 finalists will tour the state doing a 2 hour produced show at numerous county fairs and festivals.
