About Isaac Crawford Jr.
Mr. Crawford is currently retired after 60 years experience in the fields of culinary arts and education. He was the Department Chairman at McCann Technical School where he taught high school level culinary arts and served as the Department Chairman. Prior to teaching, Mr. Crawford was an Executive Chef at the Log Cabin in Lenox, Massachusetts. He also served as a chef in numerous resorts during the summer. He is affiliated with the American Culinary Federation, C.R.E.I.E., and W.M.G.A. Mr. Crawford was born on June 25, 1924 in Illinois. He obtained an M.A. in Education from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1968. In his spare time he enjoys golf and bowling.
