Saturday June 14, 2014, Nashville Tennessee. The Tennessee Republican Assembly (TRA) held its nominating and endorsing convention for the 2014 Tennessee State House and Senate Races.

Nashville, TN, July 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Tennessee Republican Assembly (TRA) is chartered by the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA). The TRA is a socially and fiscally conservative group of individuals committed to returning the Republican Party to its original platform by upholding the traditional Republican ideals that represent the American founders’ original intent. We believe in God, family and the Constitution. TRA supports policies that expand the rights, liberties, and responsibilities of the individual and policies that reduce the size and spending of government. TRA believes principles should always come before politics.

In addition to the TRA endorsements released earlier in the week, the following candidates were nominated from the floor as non-members who were vouched for by TRA members in good standing to be ideologically aligned with the TRA mission and the membership voted by 2/3 majority to recommend:
