St. Petersburg, FL, October 15, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- OT9 Design’s "Lubke House" has reached the top 10% of projects on the international architecture portfolio site, Architizer.
Lubke House is a 6,300 total square foot private residence located on Redington Shores, Florida, featuring five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a four-car garage, double-height living room, elevator, and open floor plan. The design maximizes the natural light of its beach location.
"Our approach was to make every square foot count in this home," said Sean Williams, AIA, founder of OT9. "The efficient design makes it feel even larger than the 4,200 square feet of living space."
Launched in 2009, Architizer features more than 54, 400 architecture and interior design projects, making it the world’s largest platform for designers. The site is often used for inspiration and to find architects and designers for future projects.
