Frida – Dog Mayor of San Francisco
San Francisco, CA, November 08, 2014 --(PR.com)-- November is election month! And the votes are in for Dean Clark's dog, Frida. Winner of an SFACC Gala auction item last month, Frida will hold "court" November 18th as Dog Mayor for a Day, and you are invited to meet her at a reception in the park across from city hall at 4:00 pm. Come show your support.

Dean Clark adopted Frida several years ago and has been advocating for rescue dogs through the For the Love of Dog USA cause. Frida is active in the SF community—she has participated every year in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in SF (adopt a rescue contingent). Frida also participates in the SF Chihuahua Meet Up Group that convenes the first Sunday of every month at Stern Grove Dog Park. Frida is a long term resident of San Francisco and would like to see equal rights for all dogs across the city as Mayor. Frida is a mother of two who enjoys chicken with rice and long walks at the beautiful San Francisco parks. She loves cuddling and kisses, and is very sweet. Frida would like to send the message that rescue dogs make great pets.
